**Role Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing user access, security compliance, and supporting SAP GRC processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the development efforts to create secure and scalable solutions based on a deep understanding of business requirements. You will play a critical role in defining the security strategy and shaping the future of SAP access control within the organization.

**What You'll do**:

- Work with business partners to prioritize security needs and proactively identify potential risks.
- Provide optimized solutions based on security best practices and technology capabilities.
- Serve as a security analyst for SAP GRC projects and provide strategic platform direction.
- Lead access control requirement gathering sessions with IT and business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement security roles and authorizations in SAP S/4HANA.
- Define and manage role design strategies, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
- Manage Firefighter (Emergency Access Management - EAM) configurations and monitoring.
- Conduct risk analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments, and remediation.
- Provide solution design and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Stay updated on security trends and industry best practices to implement best-in-class security solutions.
- Lead an agile team to effectively resolve security-related issues and maintain high system integrity.
- Establish trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to security best practices in role design and access management.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in SAP S/4 Security & GRC Access Control.
- Experience with SAP security concepts (Roles, Authorizations, SoD, User Management, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
- Experience configuring SAP security roles for S/4HANA Fiori.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR.
- Experience integrating SAP security processes with tools like ServiceNow.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, auditors, and IT teams.
- SAP Certification in Security or GRC.
- Experience with automation tools for access request handling.
- Knowledge of IT controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in High-Tech Industry & SaaS Transformation.
