**About the Role**:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team in Bangalore. This is a high-priority hiring drive, and we are looking to close 20 positions urgently. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses.
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in customer support (experience with escalation desk is a plus).
- Fluent communication skills in **English and Hindi.**:

- Graduate in any stream.

**Skill Requirements**:

- **Typing speed**: Minimum 30 WPM with 85%.
- Versant Level 4 / CEFR B1 or equivalent English proficiency.
- Successful completion of psychometric and problem-solving assessments.
