Admission Counselor School Teacher

Position Overview: The Admission Counselor cum School Teacher plays a dual role in promoting the school to prospective students and families while also providing quality education to enrolled students. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to foster relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Admission Counselor Duties:
Recruitment: Promote the school through various outreach activities, including school fairs, open houses, and community events.
Counseling: Guide prospective students and families through the admission process, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs, curricula, and extracurricular activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to develop marketing strategies and materials.
Teaching Duties:
Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assessments, feedback, and standardized testing, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Support: Provide academic and emotional support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school initiatives.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and school events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience in admissions or counseling preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Skills**:Proficient in educational technology and software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathy and understanding towards students and families.
Work Environment: This position typically operates in a school setting, involving interaction with students, parents, and staff. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate events and meetings.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
