**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across various mediums, including graphic design, illustration, and video editing. Your primary goal will be to communicate our brand message effectively through visually compelling and innovative designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials such as social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create original designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Illustration**:

- Produce high-quality illustrations that enhance storytelling and convey complex ideas in a visually engaging manner.
- Create custom illustrations for various projects, including branding elements, infographics, and digital assets.
- Stay updated on illustration trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of illustrations produced.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives and storytelling requirements.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance video content and maintain viewer engagement.
- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to brainstorm ideas and execute design projects that meet business objectives.
- Provide creative input and contribute to the development of visual concepts and strategies for multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proof designs and videos to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer, illustrator, and video editor, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including graphic design, illustration, and video editing work.
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D modeling/rendering is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
