Build strong relationships with drivers to promote retention and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers to resolve operational, payment, or behavioral issues.
- Track driver attendance, trip performance, and daily productivity.
- Counsel underperforming drivers and motivate top performers.
- Address and resolve driver grievances related to payouts, shift schedules, or vehicle issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations) for smooth resolution.
- Organize driver engagement activities, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Reduce driver attrition through proactive support and regular communication.
- Ensure driver availability as per fleet requirements.
- Monitor adherence to shift timings, trip discipline, and service quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,600.00 per month
