As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to support our sales team by scheduling qualified meetings with potential clients and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and update the Google sheets with lead interactions and appointment details.
- Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Handle objections professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with the EV industry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
