**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Part-Time QA Trainer to deliver our 6-week training program in Quality Assurance (QA) and Automation Testing. The trainer will play a key role in empowering students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in QA roles in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on QA concepts, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on automation testing.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Engage and support students through interactive sessions and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure students have a deep understanding of QA principles, test automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Career Craft team to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in QA and test automation (preferably 3+ years).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation tools, and scripting (excluding Python).
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
- Familiarity with various testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, and JUnit.

**Availability**:

- Weekdays: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Test automation: 1 year (preferred)
