**Purpose of Job**:
The job holder is responsible for overall MIS reporting for Business Controlling function at a reputed MNC Nivea India (Sector: FMCG) which includes, Sales Controlling, Supply Chain Controlling and Marketing Controlling. Database Management, Analytical approach towards work related requirements, attitude / ability of asking right set of questions for understanding of requirement is must for the role. The role will report into 3 finance function leads - Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing

Accountabilities:
1. Automation of Internal monthly / quarterly MIS

2. Monthly / Quarterly MIS preparation / Brand review

3. High volume Database management

4. Month end closing activities

5. Clean and standardize data from General Trade and Modern Trade sources.

6. Identify and fix data errors or inconsistencies.

7. Analyze trade data to identify trends and insights.

8. Develop dashboards and reports for business teams.

9. Track KPIs such as sales, growth, and channel performance.

10.Compare GT vs MT performance by region, product, and time period.

11.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and data teams to support business needs.

12.Market Share reporting

13.Any other support to Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing Controllers

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working with large-scale sales or trade data.
- Knowledge of sales operations and distribution models.

**Location of Work**:Kurla, Mumbai

**Mode of Reporting**: Work from Office (WFO)

**Working Hours**:9.00 AM to 6.00PM

**Working Days**:Monday to Friday.
