**Sonography Typist Job Description**:

- **Typing and Transcription**: Accurately transcribe sonography reports dictated by radiologists or sonographers.
- **Medical Terminology**: Use correct medical terminology related to sonography, ensuring accuracy in the reports.
- **Document Management**: File, store, and retrieve sonography reports as needed. Ensure that all reports are properly organized.
- **Data Entry**: Enter patient information, test results, and other data into the healthcare facility's system.
- **Proofreading**: Review and proofread reports for grammatical and medical accuracy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sonographers, radiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure reports are completed in a timely manner.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially in radiology/sonography.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
