The Hindi and English Typist plays a vital role in facilitating communication and documentation within the hospital by accurately transcribing medical records, reports, and correspondence in both Hindi and English languages. They are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate typing of various documents to support administrative and clinical functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Typing and Transcription**:

- Transcribe medical reports, patient records, correspondence, and other documents accurately and efficiently in both Hindi and English languages.
- Ensure adherence to formatting, punctuation, and grammar guidelines while typing medical and administrative documents.
- **Data Entry and Record Maintenance**:

- Enter patient information, treatment details, and other data into electronic health records (EHR) systems or hospital databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies.
- **Document Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review typed documents for errors, inconsistencies, and clarity, making necessary corrections or revisions as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and other staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
- **Language Support**:

- Assist patients, caregivers, and hospital staff with language interpretation and translation services as needed.
- Provide assistance in drafting and translating documents, forms, and educational materials in Hindi and English.
- **Equipment and Software Management**:

- Operate and maintain typewriters, computers, word processing software, and other equipment used for typing and transcription.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support for resolution as required.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with administrative assistants, medical secretaries, and other team members to support departmental and hospital-wide operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
