**About the Role**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intern with a mindset of Marketing.The Transformer will work closely with the business to ensure a seamless client experience. The Transformer will be responsible for assisting the team in various tasks related to marketing campaigns, market research, and content creation.
- Would have a deep interest in creating strategy, curating/creating sticky content and in understanding the nuances of the creation of sticky content.
- Would have the relevant experience in monitoring key performance metrics. Should be able to create one’s own presentations and flows for various activities.
- Should be keen to make one’s own plans & learn iteratively to achieve the goals within the desired timelines.

- **Reporting to**: Business Manager

**Responsibilities & Job Overview**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Assist in influencer Campaigns
- Collaborate & develop and implement new marketing strategies
- Assist in building strong relationships with existing client
- Assist in serving as a point of contact for assigned brand, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client success plans.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and use that knowledge to guide and support existing brands.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Understanding in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

**Important**
- This is a paid internship position for a minimum period of 6 months.
- This position would be eligible for a PPO on the basis of performance, once the transformer program duration is successfully completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
