**Job Description: - ** As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the day by day dispatch responsibilities.

**Key Responsibility: -**
- Weekly Sales & Dispatch Planning.
- Coordinate with internal team like
- Production, Design, Accounts, Quality, Packing & Dispatch Team.
- Communicate with Client for their purchase order & other query.
- Maintaining daily basis order booking data and updating of all data.
- Develop Logistic Services for best result.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, Patterns, and area for improvement. Provide regular report and insights to the sales team and managements.
- Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
- Manager and maintain accurate and up to date sales data, including customer records, sales pipeline and contracts,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with the ability to prioritize, and interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skill, with the ability to prioritize task and meet deadline in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skill to effectively collaborate with team members and stockholder at all levels.
