**Front Office Executive**:
The Front Office Executive will serve as the face of the organization, ensuring a positive first impression for students, parents, educators, and visitors. This role is central to delivering professional customer service, managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support within an EdTech learning center or office.

**Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk Management**
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, parents, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to queries, and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.

**2. Student & Parent Interaction**
- Guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes, assessments, and counseling sessions.
- Collect feedback from students and parents regularly to ensure quality service.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Maintain and update student records in CRM or internal systems.
- Support academic counselors and center managers with paperwork, enrollment processes, and attendance tracking.
- Manage inventory and order supplies required for daily operations.
- Handle courier dispatch and incoming mail.

**4. Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate internal communication between departments (sales, academics, tech support).
- Disseminate important announcements and circulars to staff and students.
- Assist in organizing in-center events, workshops, parent-teacher meetings, or webinars.

**5. Payment & Documentation**
- Assist in fee collection, invoicing, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain proper documentation for admissions, ID cards, and certifications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: business administration or similar).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office or customer-facing roles (EdTech/education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional language.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
