Role Overview:The Assistant Manager - First Mile & Mid Mile Operations will oversee the initial stages of the delivery process, including vendor pickups and transportation to distribution hubs. This role is critical for ensuring smooth transitions, maintaining product integrity, and meeting delivery timelines for electronics and appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
First Mile Coordination: Oversee vendor pickups and ensure timely collection of electronics and appliances.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure readiness and proper packaging of items.
Monitor inventory handover processes to maintain accuracy and quality.

Mid Mile Operations: Manage transportation from collection points to distribution hubs. Optimize routes and schedules to reduce transit times and costs.
Monitor transportation conditions to ensure product safety and compliance.

Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with logistics partners and ensure adherence to SLAs. Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL).

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., turnaround time, transit damage rates).Generate and present performance reports to senior management. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the first and mid-mile stages. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain the integrity and quality of electronics and appliances during transit.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in logistics operations, specifically in first and mid-mile operations for electronics and appliances. Strong understanding of logistics processes and supply chain principles.
Experience working with 3PL providers and managing vendor relationships. Proficiency in logistics management tools and software. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹8,381.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
