**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including promotional materials, social media posts, website content, and product descriptions.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand and sales objectives.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing trade shows, fashion shows, pop-up shops, and other brand events to enhance brand presence.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand’s voice, style, and values.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other partners to achieve marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online retail marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of graphic design software or familiarity with design principles.
- Passion for the apparel and fashion industry, with a keen awareness of current trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
