**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects, including architectural, product design, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed textures, materials, and lighting setups to enhance visual quality.
- Prepare and present design concepts and visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization and related fields.
- Work efficiently within project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback from team members and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in software such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
- Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
