As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that effectively communicate design intent. You’ll collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers, producing detailed visualizations that support each project's vision and exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations & walkthrough for architectural projects using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion
- Work closely with project teams to understand design objectives, client expectations, and specific
visualization requirements.
- Develop photorealistic renderings and immersive visualizations for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Assist in producing animated walkthroughs and interactive presentations that enhance the client experience.
- Maintain consistency with brand standards, ensuring high-quality and cohesive visual output across projects.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and rendering techniques to bring new perspectives and improvements to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architectural or design firm.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of lighting, color theory, and composition to create visually stunning renderings.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality photorealistic renderings and animations.
Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with BIM and CAD software to support integrated architectural workflows.
- Ability to create quick concept sketches and mock-ups when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
