**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cover fundamental and advanced art techniques suitable for various age groups.
- **Instruction**: Conduct live online classes focusing on mediums such as pencil sketching, watercolor, acrylics, oil painting, and digital art.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and interactive virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate student artwork, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to support artistic development.
- **Technology Utilization**: Utilize digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) effectively to deliver content and manage classroom activities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest art education trends and integrate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an online setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms; strong digital literacy.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Artistic Skills**: Expertise in various art techniques and mediums; ability to demonstrate and teach complex concepts effectively.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work early morning shifts (IST) to accommodate international students.

**Technical Requirements**
- **Equipment**: Reliable computer with a webcam and noise-canceling headset.
- **Internet**: High-speed internet connection (minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps).
- **Workspace**: Quiet and well-lit space conducive to teaching online classes.

**Preferred Attributes**
- **Adaptability**: Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and age groups.
- **Creativity**: Innovative approach to lesson planning and student engagement.
