Key Responsibilities:Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in an online environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Utilize various teaching methods and digital tools to engage students and enhance learning.
- Create and distribute educational content, including assignments, quizzes, and supplementary materials.

Student Assessment and Evaluation:

- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and other assessment tools.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Identify and address individual student needs and learning gaps.

Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain an inclusive and positive online classroom environment.
- Implement strategies to manage student behavior and encourage participation.
- Foster a sense of community and collaboration among students in the virtual classroom.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate regularly with students and parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the online learning experience.
- Participate in virtual staff meetings, professional development sessions, and training workshops.

Technology Utilization:

- Utilize online learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to conduct classes and share resources.
- Integrate multimedia resources and interactive activities to enrich lessons.
- Stay current with emerging educational technologies and best practices in online teaching.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a teacher, with at least 2-3 years in an online or blended learning environment.
- Experience with online learning platforms and digital instructional tools.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
