**Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and customer service.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any employee or customer issues or conflicts.
- **Inventory Management**:

- **Stock Control**: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available, manage reordering, and handle stock discrepancies.
- **Receiving**: Oversee the receipt of merchandise, ensuring it matches the purchase order and is properly stored.
- **Store Operations**:

- **Visual Merchandising**: Implement and maintain store displays and signage to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- **Regulations**: Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including safety and health guidelines.
- **Security**: Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure security measures are in place to protect store assets.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to higher management.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and upper management.

**Skills Required**:

- **Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a team, handle conflicts, and manage diverse personalities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain store organization, and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and inventory levels to make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
