**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality.
- Organize and store items systematically to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Maintain and update inventory records regularly using manual or digital systems.
- Issue materials to the respective departments or personnel based on requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items as needed to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks to ensure records are accurate.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to avoid damage or spoilage.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and stock reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe storage area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments for smooth operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management (preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of stock control systems and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy items when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain or inventory management are a plus.

**Note:

- Two Wheeler license is must**
