**Skills We Are Looking For**:
Min 5 to 6 years of experience
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA degree or equivalent experience
Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles.
Ability to coach and mentor. A mindset of servant leadership
Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
Leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and more to serve the team(s)
Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA.
Estimation and Planning skills to ensure the team has a healthy backlog
Must have good experience in Sprint planning
Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Drives the Scrum Processes including**:
Help team focus on daily Sprint goals
Facilitator to challenge old norms for constant improvement

**Facilitates all team meetings including**: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective
Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments.
Coach team members on the agile scrum values/principles, how work gets done (XP practices), estimation & grooming techniques, JIT model storming, etc.
Help team achieve goals of self-organizing, self-managing
Administers the day to day progress of Agile. Uses a collaborative approach while driving decisions. Holds the team accountable to ensure they are successfully collaborating and adapting to project and cultural shifts. Maintains positive relationships with IT and internal customers to help facilitate effective completion of project work.
Builds understanding of Agile foundation and processes. Assists with prioritization and identifying defects.
Promotes and participates in the continuous improvement of structure, processes and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value. Adopts an understanding of the overall business and of the business and technical terms presented.
Develops and uses analytical skills to identify sources of impediments.
