**Job Requirements
**As part of Digitalization, our customer is adopting DevOps for the first time. As a DevOps Architect you will be involved in both the strategic and technical aspects of adopting DevOps, providing leadership and guidance throughout the transition process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess current infrastructure and workflows
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements
- Develop a roadmap for DevOps adoption
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Lead and manage the DevOps strategy
- Pilot DevOps practices and gather feedback
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Formulate rigorous approval processes for deploying into each environment
- Automate the build, test, and deployment processes
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems
- Ensure security and compliance practices
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Evaluate and integrate DevOps tools
- Coordinate with IT for infrastructure provisioning and management
- Create and maintain documentation
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Measure and report on DevOps metrics and performance
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting
- Continuously improve DevOps processes

**Work Experience**
- Extensive experience in DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Extensive hands-on experience in the following for an Embedded SW development environment
- Pipeline framework creation with management orchestration. [Exp: DevOps + Cloud + Scripting + Plug-ins]
- Develop & Integrate individual components in the framework with suitable tools [Exp: DevOps + Embedded]
- Migrate/integrate/collaborate individual CI/CD components from different workstreams according to the defined pipeline [Exp: DevOps + Embedded + System integration]
- Operationalize & Maintain - access, work load, security [Exp: Cloud + Embedded]
- Experience in Build system integration for embedded systems [Yocto, Buildroot, etc]
- Experience in Tool collaboration and unification in the CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in Gating strategy implementation
- Experience in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including Advisory sessions, understanding current state and help define journey towards the DevOps goal.
- Involvement in crucial decision making required for architecting and defining the journey of large enterprise' DevOps journey
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools for project management, version control, build management, artifact management, collaboration management, test orchestration, code quality management, etc.
- Understanding of deployment methodologies, Agile Development Methodology.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges with poise and creativity.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives in a large, multinational organization.
- Work experience on Embedded, semiconductor or electronics domain is a plus
- B.Tech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
