Job Description: SAP FICO ECC Trainer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on SAP FICO ECC and S/4 HANA modules for students both online and in the classroom setting. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and understanding of complex concepts.

2. Curriculum Development: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies, to support the learning objectives of the SAP FICO courses.

3. Assessment and Feedback: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and proficiency in SAP FICO concepts. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.

6. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP FICO ECC and S/4 HANA modules. Continuously update training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

7. Classroom Management: Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a conducive learning environment. Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support, with proficiency in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
- SAP certification in FICO module is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering training sessions on SAP FICO topics, either in a corporate or academic setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Experience with online training platforms and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work more than 8 hours per day as per training schedule requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
