**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Management**:
- Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants and analysts.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for SAP FICO projects.
- Ensure alignment of SAP FICO initiatives with business objectives.
- **Project Management**:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- **Technical Expertise**:
- Customize and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO -related issues.
- **Business Process Improvement**:
- Analyze and optimize financial and controlling processes.
- Develop and implement best practices for financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules.
- **Training & Support**:
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 12-14 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on professional services organizations.
- Proven experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-OM, CO-PA, Treasury, Analytics.).
- Very well verse with managing a team for ABAP development
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (FI) with SAP ERP
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting (CO) with SAP ERP
- PMP or other project management certifications
