**Job Title: Telecaller / Junior Counsellor**

**Location: Park Street, Kolkata**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives**

**Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Telecaller / Junior Counsellor** to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility is to **cold-call potential leads, follow up with inquiries, and generate walk-ins** for counselling sessions. If you are someone with great communication skills and a passion for student engagement, we’d love to have you on board

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling & Follow-Ups**: Contact potential students via phone, explain our courses, and convince them to visit the center.
- **Lead Management**: Maintain and update the database of leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into walk-ins.
- **Counselling Assistance**: Briefly counsel students and parents over the phone, addressing their initial queries.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving weekly/monthly walk-in and admission targets.
- **Event Promotion**: Inform leads about workshops, seminars, and events happening at the center.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or counselling (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- **Education**: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **English, Bengali, and Hindi**.
- Persuasive and confident approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
