**Job Title**: Payer Contracting Specialist

**Location**: India (Remote)

As we expand our services to support more practices, we seek a knowledgeable and experienced Payer Contracting Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with healthcare insurance payers to secure preferential rates and terms for our clients.
2. **Billing Strategy Consulting**: Provide expert consulting services in medical billing, ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations and maximizing revenue for clients.
3. **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends in payer rates and identify opportunities for advantageous contracts.
4. **Client Liaison**: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, offering tailored solutions that align with their financial and operational goals.
5. **Contract Management**: Oversee all aspects of payer contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, specifically in medical billing and payer contract negotiations for U.S. clients.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including regulatory requirements and insurance reimbursement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into strategic insights.
- Proven track record of securing favorable contract terms for clients.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare laws and billing codes.
- Experience in working with small to medium-sized medical practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
