Senior Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue cycle management policies and procedures that ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and Implementing Revenue Cycle Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain effective revenue cycle management policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Revenue Cycle Data: Monitor and analyze revenue cycle data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that revenue cycle activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Managing Accounts Receivable: Manage the accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to revenue cycle management.
- Negotiating Contracts and Reimbursement Rates: Manage relationships with payers and negotiate contracts and reimbursement rates.
- Developing and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, providers, and payers.
