**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients in the hotel and hospitality sector.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products from our range of hotel supplies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Assist with order processing and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tele-sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with **English and Malayalam**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is a plus.

Shift timing: 10:30 a.m to 07:30 p.m IST

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
