**Introduction**:
Sushruta Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team. Sushruta Healthcare Services is a group practice platform founded by a General/ Laparoscopic Surgeon. It is an opportunity for young and seasoned specialists to work collaboratively in a hospital/ institution setting in a symbiosis. The collaborative environment of Sushruta Healthcare Services allow for safe yet progressive practice of specialties with a crux to benefit patients and improve patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a surgeons who are confident are eager to grow professionally by practicing independently in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of procedures, including but not limited to upper and lower GI endoscopies, ERCP/ MRCP, etc.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and surgical procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies.
- Be willing to engage & learn from seniour surgeons professional development to enhance surgical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS & MS from an accredited institution.
- Mch in Medical Gastroenterology
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of surgical practice and patient care.
