**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by creating a welcoming environment, addressing guest needs, and resolving any concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role involves interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality service standards in line with the organization’s vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create an inviting atmosphere.

**Service Excellence**:

- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or requests.
- Provide information on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure guest preferences are documented and met, including dietary restrictions or special occasions.

**Conflict Resolution**:

- Handle guest complaints and concerns tactfully and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate management personnel for prompt resolution.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Liaise with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate guest feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing reservations, including group bookings or special events.

**Operational Support**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist in upselling menu items, beverages, or promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate guest records, including feedback and preferences, in the database.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
