**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and group sessions to assist students in making informed decisions.
- Evaluate students’ academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs and countries.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, educational institutions, and embassies.
- Keep updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, and changing visa rules.
- Participate in education fairs, promotional events, and seminars.
- Maintain student records using CRM systems and generate reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in overseas education counseling or a similar role (freshers with a strong interest may be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of major study destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- OVERSEAS COUNSELING: 1 year (required)
