Demonstrated knowledge of data standards, data management and IT management regulations, policies, and principles applicable to the Health Care industry.
Accountable for data platform and availability for downstream consumption.
Leadership of direct reporting team and wider matrixed organization Skills.
Work collaboratively across Business partners, Leadership Team, Portfolio managers and Business Analysts and Delivery Teams.
Desirable to understand BI & Analytics architectures, design and delivery of data and analytics platform.
Strong verbal and written communication/facilitation skills.
Experience of agile and scrum processes.
Proven interpersonal, assertiveness and negotiation skills
