**what is CRED?**

here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team.

**what will you do**:
- lead process improvement projects that are medium (for eg, rolling out customer support process for new lines of businesses) and large (for eg, deploying CS platforms across multiple lines of businesses) in complexity, impact and scale that deliver results against defined KPIs and departmental goals
- work with product and engineering teams to solve "fundamental issues" leading to contacts and have a clear roadmap using a data driven approach
- design customer flows over chatbot to deliver the right experience for consumers
- bring out maximum efficiency of internal tools (ticketing/CRM) to provide required information and action access to all stakeholders
- continuously evaluate and re-engineer processes to provide best in class resolution and increase in First Time Resolution (FTR)Create and maintain internal dashboards and automations built on Python / SQL scripts- possess prior experience of 4 to 8 years in Process Excellence / Process Automation / Customer Experience Analyst / role with hands on work done on Bot automation, reduction in contacts, improving experience & efficiency of Customer Experience
- have good communication skills
- have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- can regularly demonstrate strong critical thinking and are good at real time decision-making
- are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive the desired level of performance
