Reports to: General Manager – GIA Apparels
GIA Apparels, one of Jordan's leading apparel manufacturers with 8,000+ employees, is seeking a
Manager – Process Excellence
to strengthen systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Ensure company processes are documented, updated, and consistently followed.
- Conduct GEMBA walks across operations and support functions.
- Lead cross-department collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to the General Manager on adherence and optimization.
- Deliver projects that make processes smarter, faster, and more effective.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or process excellence (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage management and shopfloor teams.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
