**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the HORECA industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand the customer base.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share in the HORECA sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Product Promotion and Presentation**:
- Present and promote products and services to clients, showcasing how they meet the specific needs of the HORECA industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Close sales deals and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- **Customer Support and After-Sales Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns clients may have.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- **Industry Networking and Events**:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent the company professionally and build brand awareness in the HORECA market.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales transactions, and contracts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
