**Job Purpose**

To drive, manage & perform a key role in the IT function for budget planning, forecasting & spends by closely interacting with verticals heads, Finance, service partners and vendors.

To manage various outsourced partners & key vendors for delivery against the defined engagement. Drive the procurement and budgeting portfolio without much supervision.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Accountable to plan, track & analyse budget spends during the respective budget cycles. Track annual spends of INR ~1500 Cr, by working closely with key IT Function heads, Finance & SCM in preparing annual budgets. Develop matrices to track, monitor and achieve optimum IT Capex and Opex utilization.
- Accountable to drive effective vendor management and fulfilment of Product/Service Requests. Track Business Cases, Capex and LOI requests and bring the same to logical closure in time through effective collaboration with Commercial & Finance team. Responsible for judicious creation of purchase requests (both Capex & Opex) for IT,
- Accountable to efficiently manage the RFS process ensuring achievement of pre-defined TATs, recommend potential vendors for product/services, assist in defining vendor SLAs.

Exercise control:

- Get inputs from SLA Manager on areas pertaining to service deficiencies and penalties to be imposed on service partners. Suitably advise Finance for getting credits from Service Partners. Organize asset audits and identify gaps, verification & approval for IT. Invoices and spends in control
- Hold regular governance meetings with SCM team and outsourcing partners to review vendor issue status and take corrective/improvement actions.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- **15+ yrs experience in Outsourced Partner Management & OEM Vendors in IT & Telecom domain.**:

- Should be able to single-handedly manage the day-to-day activities related to Budget analysis, Vendor Management and RFS.
- Strong knowledge of estimation techniques, operations, SLA & benchmarking
- Experience of working in multi-vendor setups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with sound techno commercial knowledge & flair of service delivery
- Experience to interact with senior business and IT executives

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- **Graduate with post graduate degree in Business Administration.**:

- **Should have hands-on experience of managing service delivery/procurement in a large services Organization preferably in the telecom, IT, ITES or BFSI sector**:

- **Experience of working in budgeting & procurement domains in large IT/telecom organizations with varied & multi-vendor setup**:
