**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 2-3 experience in digital marketing field.
- Minimum experience:

- 1 to 2 of Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising, social media, and content creation

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

FULL TIME

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and achieve business objectives
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to implement cohesive digital campaigns
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Monitor and manage social media channels, engaging with the audience and responding to inquiries
- Create and curate compelling content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, recommending and implementing relevant innovations
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized digital marketing initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and user experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Languages : English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
