**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and creative designs for clothing and accessories.
- Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
- Create sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technology advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of têxtiles, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
