**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pre-production**: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and script video content that aligns with brand goals.
- **Videography**:

- Capture high-quality video footage, both in-studio and on-location.
- Use advanced techniques to frame, light, and compose shots for maximum impact.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, drones (if required), and other video production gear.
- **Editing & Post-production**:

- Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- **Content Optimization**: Create multiple formats (e.g., reels, shorts, long-form content) tailored to various platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to produce impactful visual stories.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and video marketing best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work **(Freshers with a strong passion for videography and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply)**.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting, audio recording, and video production techniques.
- Experience in creating video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Bonus: Experience with animation, 3D modeling, or drone videography is a plus.

**Location**

This role requires flexibility. You will need to **visit clients' locations for videography**, while video editing work can be done **remotely**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
