Job Title: Google/Facebook Ads Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that drives conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in paid advertising.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
