**Summary of the Role**: Responsible Engineering and Design of Chassis Design and Development for Passenger and Commercial vehicles for SUV, UV, LCV & HCV platforms.

**Details of the Job**:

- Product benchmarking and comparison analysis of competitors vehicle
- Design and development of Chassis Frame and its components for Passenger and Commercial vehicles such as structures, suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, and bushings mounts etc.
- Design concept preparation, 3D / DMU & 2D drawing preparation in Catia V5 from concept to production stage
- System design calculations and optimisation, participation in design reviews and preparation of design sheets, Component / part release, Co-ordinate with CAE for design optimisation activities.
- Design, packaging study, materials, coating and performance parameter evaluation.
- Prepare and conduct the DFMEA reviews with all stakeholders and linkage with DVP.
- Support and tie up with Proto type development and vehicle testing team for endurance and performance testing for pre-series/pilot batch vehicles
- Resolve concern/issues occurred during the validation/production/coming under warranty. Early detection of potential issues related to durability, NVH, DFA, DFS, DFM concerns with relevant teams.
- Interact and conduct technical reviews with head, suppliers and other CFT team members for developing integral solutions.

**Salary**: ₹83,000.00 - ₹141,000.00 per month
