The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual assets for a variety of projects across digital, print, and branding platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs that engage and inspire our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept & Design Creation**:

- To develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts to visually communicate ideas and messages across multiple platforms.
- **Branding & Identity**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Develop and refine branding elements such as logos, typography, color schemes, and other visual assets for both digital and print mediums.
- **Digital & Print Design**:

- Design for both digital and print materials, including banners, ads, brochures, flyers, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Optimize designs for web, mobile, and print while ensuring quality and visual impact.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our design work remains fresh and competitive.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table, pushing creative boundaries while ensuring designs meet business objectives.
- **File Management & Deliverables**:

- Ensure all design files are properly organized and ready for handoff to development or print production teams.
- Deliver final design assets in multiple formats for use across digital and print channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Solid portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects, including digital, print, and branding work.
- Experience designing for web and social media platforms, including understanding responsive design.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
