**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Creatives**: Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- **Packaging Design**: Design innovative and attractive packaging that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
- **Branding and Marketing Materials**: Create a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, newsletters, and advertisements.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure cohesive and strategic visual communication.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation.
- **Consistency and Quality**: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain high quality across all platforms and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven 2 years experience working with D2C brands (e.g., Boat, Auli, WOW Skincare) with a strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and packaging designs.
- **Creativity**: A strong sense of creativity and an eye for detail.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
