The Sales and Marketing Trainee/Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team in various tasks aimed at promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets. The training and internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the FMCG industry and an opportunity to learn about sales and marketing strategies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote company products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Support the sales team in generating leads, cold calling, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide support in managing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and preparing reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- 10+2 (Higher Secondary), Graduate, Currently pursuing Graduation or a degree, certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to work onsite during regular business hours.
- Internet Surfing and good knowledge of new edge tools.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
