Here's an opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious Tata Brand as a Trainee Retail Sales Officer. The trainee has to welcome the customer visiting the retail showroom, understand customer requirement and recommend Jewellery accordingly.

The trainee has to focus and achieve various Sale Metrics & Retail Metrics. The trainee has to take part in Customer engagement activities as also various Below the Line activities. The trainee has to participate in regular training sessions organized by Brand and implement this in their customer transaction.

Presenting and selling of products/services using excellent communication skills to existing and prospective customers.
- Up-selling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups.
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
