**Job Summary**:
The Mall Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in the mall to ensure smooth operations. This role demands adherence to safety standards and efficient troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure tenant and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Maintenance**:

- Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and HVAC connections.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical systems.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose electrical issues and carry out repairs to minimize disruption.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from mall management or tenants.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company and OSHA standards.
- **Upgrades & Modifications**:

- Assist in upgrading outdated systems to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Make necessary modifications to electrical layouts for new tenant spaces.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Be on-call for emergency electrical repairs during mall hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Work with the team to restore power or address electrical hazards promptly.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance and repair activities.
- Report recurring issues or needed system upgrades to the Facilities Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years as an electrician, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
- Comfortable working on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina for tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in varied environments.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
