**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Language Tutoring**: Deliver comprehensive, one-on-one online tutoring sessions in Hindi and English for students in Grades 1-12.
- **Personalized Learning**: Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s language proficiency, ensuring they excel in reading, writing, and speaking.
- **Exam Preparation**: Help students prepare for language exams with targeted study strategies, practice exercises, and effective exam techniques.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly assess and track student performance, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Hindi, English, Education, or a related field.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
