**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach **CBSE Hindi curriculum** (Rimjhim Part 1 & 2) to students in Grade 1 and 2.
- Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Foster reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance and academic performance.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi / Education / or related field (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching primary grades (preferably CBSE).
- Strong command of Hindi language - spoken and written.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
- Familiarity with digital tools for teaching (if applicable - for online roles).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with phonics and child-centered teaching methods.
- Knowledge of activity-based and story-telling approaches.
- Basic English communication (to interact with school or parents if needed).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
