What's the role?:
- Independently design and develop creative learner-centered, performance-based training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, device learning labs, infographics, facilitator guides auxiliary practice, review, and resource materials.
- Build templates and coaching tools supporting products and processes.
- Producing training and support materials, including facilitator’s guides, participant’s guides, templates, tutorials, simulations, job aids, learning communities, and self-study material
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to develop resources and programs that support organizational initiatives.
- Supporting the transition of traditional face-to-face training into blended learning courses
- Create compelling deliverables with mínimal supervision or direction
- Adhere to a work ethic that embraces tight deadlines, accountability and reliability
- Communicate comfortably with stakeholders, peers, and be able to present ideas
- Design an effective learning experience by providing learning objectives and meeting overall training goals using Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model or other such instructionaldesign model that are suitable.
- Familiarity with learning management & experience systems, content authoring tools and e-Learning standards (AICC, SCORM, LMS).
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Who are you?:
- 3-5 + years of experience in creating concept based interactive designs, and proficiency with desktop publishing software
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience of working on Authoring Tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline.
- Excellent proficiency in using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, interactive design and multimedia presentation.
- Experience in the analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation of learning materials using internet technologies.
- Experience in Video / Audio Editing, 2D/3D animation software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creative/technical writing will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills.
